We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn/unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
To begin, email us at shopluvola@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

👉 Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase (following the guidelines above). Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
